Hired 2 cycles from this store last weekend, I do not speak French, fortunately the assistant spoke excellent English who was amazing. Extremely helpful, but more importantly he was very friendly who took interest to help us have a great experience cycling Paris. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. I’m Dutch and know my bicycles, haven’t seen such care and commitment to preparing the bicycles we rented ever. Great quality, had both the electric ones as the normal ones for the kids. Lovely guys that work there, and overall highly recommended experience including Paris by bike!

We only booked the tandem the night before via the website, which was no problem. The mechanic was very helpful and nice, gave us a good route recommendation to Versailles and I would say the price is pretty good. All in all, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

We got great service here with a very friendly manager and bikes were quickly available.
We rented two mechanical bikes for a day and they worked very well.
Very nice to be getting two locks including a D lock (ask for "un U") in French so our bikes were super secure everywhere.
Such a good service we will definitely use again next time we're in Paris (especially now that Velibs have hit rock bottom and don't take foreign cards anymore)

Visied without pre booking and the guys sorted me out on 2 sepatate day's with a good quality vtt. Whilst attending the games. Lock helmet and puncture kit also. €28 for 24 hrs. Very friendly and spoke good English. Will definitely use again if in the area.
